Hello everyone! I want to automate my garage door opening with remote control or button. I'm currently trying to decide which 12V actuators would be best - it's important that they be reliable and resistant to cold and moisture. I've looked at various options, but there are a lot of confusing technical specifications - pull force, stroke, housing protection. Has anyone done something similar themselves?
