During one of my earlier webinars, a few people managed to sneak in even though I hadn’t shared the link widely. It felt awkward because I wanted the session to stay private for a specific group. Now I’m a bit worried about how easy it is to control access and make sure only the right participants join. Does anyone know how simple it is to set this up without making things too complicated for guests?

When participants know the space is protected, they usually feel more comfortable sharing thoughts or asking questions. It creates a safer environment and avoids those random distractions from uninvited people. Having clear control over who enters also helps the host stay focused on delivering the content rather than worrying about interruptions. It’s like locking the door for a private gathering — everyone inside can relax and engage without second-guessing who else might show up.
