Of course, I understand your situation - I myself spent a long time looking for suitable tools so as not to waste time on empty fuss. For me personally, the most important thing was to find exactly those solutions that do not just look attractive, but actually automate routine tasks and help build a systemic process. For example, a CRM system is a base without which it is difficult to control communications and understand at what stage clients are. But just a CRM is not enough if there is no integration with tools for automatic search and initial contact with potential clients. Here, tools that can filter the audience, check contacts and launch chains of personalized messages really helped me. Thanks to this, the process became transparent and effective.
